I lost 110 pounds through healthy eating and exercise. Now addicted to running, swimming, and healthy food!
This is such a great blog. I am hoping it's published like "Julie and Julia." You're a great motivator.
ReplyDeleteA grain I've recently discovered: Quinola - it's a "pretty" grain, easily cooked and high in protein. Makes a great side dish, and the leftovers can be mixed with cucumber, tomatoes, celery, onion and low-fat Italian dressing for a great side salad or low-call and low-fat snack. It has kind of a "nutty" taste. Try it.
